About Dr. Joseph Garapola
Dr. Tyler Garapola is passionate about treating neck pain, back pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University and holds a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University. Combining a thorough examination with traditional chiropractic care, rehabilitative exercise, flexion distraction, and myofascial release, you can expect the best treatment plan for your unique needs.
As of September 2025, we are proud to offer Shock Wave Therapy into our practice; shown to make life-changing improvements in plantar fascitis, joint pain due to arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and a multitude of other conditions.

Had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the office clean and pleasant. Dr. Garapola was also friendly and personable, made me feel welcome, and took his time to assess my issues, complete an adjustment, and provide a course of action. I never once felt like he was rushing to get me in and out quickly. As a matter of fact, the appointment lasted nearly an hour and a half.
Based on first impressions, I would highly recommend this office.
