Dr. Lee is an active member of the North American Spine Society (NASS), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), and Lumbar Spine Research Society (LSRS). Since 2018, Dr. Lee has served as the Chief of Spine Surgery at Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY, and will also serve as the Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. He has been integral in the development of the Phelps Spine Institute, which provides comprehensive spinal care for the community. Dr. Lee's treatment philosophy is to treat each patient as one of his own family members. He believes in providing an accurate diagnosis, thorough conservative treatments, and the most tailored surgical solutions so patients may return to a quality of life they enjoy.
