“This was hands down the most patient, knowledgeable, and informative provider I have come across. I have been in every level of psychiatric care and have been diagnosed a dozen things by a dozen doctors who saw me for 5-30 minutes. This provider actually sat me down to go over EACH and every symptom before assessing. We were on a call for almost 2 hours.
As someone with extreme mental illness this level of thoroughness was needed for my case and I know time will vary but I can not and I mean CAN NOT recommend enough.
Amazing!!

I use Patient-Centered Approach: My practice is rooted in a patient-centered philosophy, where I prioritize building trusting and collaborative relationships with those under my care. I recognize the unique qualities of each individual and work closely with them to develop tailored treatment strategies that align with their goals, values, and preferences.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I currently offer services via telehealth, in a HIPPA compliant online via video call at your home convenience.
I specialize in treating depression, Anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, psychotic disorders and others mental health disorders. I use evidenced-by-practice psychotherapeutic techniques such as supportive and talk therapy, medication management or both. In our first session, we will explore your best treatment plan! In my practice, each patient receives an individualized treatment plan formulated in collaboration with you, and not only the provider to make the discission.
