I did not get to see this provider. When I went in after work, the rude office staff insisted that they had canceled the appointment yesterday. Yet I had received a confirmation call AND a text confirming, even today. The front office accused me of lying, even after showing my texts. I rearranged my weekly schedule to be able to make it to the first appointment with this provider, and I do not trust their office to take care of me going forward. I also question whether the alleged cancellation had anything to do with my wearing a mask--no one else in the office was, despite NYC hospital systems currently allegedly requiring it.
The Doctor was knowledgable
