Self Pay/Out of Pocket Pay Rate: $95 for first time single visit/assessment, subsequent in visits $89 and subsequent virtual visits $79 (we also offer Care Credit for eligible patients, and subscription style care ($399 for 5 visits that do not expire) A payment method is required at time of booking prior to appointment.
