About Dr. Joshua Emdur

Dr. Emdur is a board certified family physician who has been working as a hospitalist since 2006 and has been practicing at BCH since 2008. He fell in love with Boulder as an undergraduate at the University of Colorado and moved back after finishing his medical studies. He completed his osteopathic medical education at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, then went on to do an intensive family medicine residency with an emphasis in hospital medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA. As an Osteopathic Physician, Dr. Emdur utilizes a “whole person” approach to medicine. He focuses on using evidence-based treatment modalities to help the body achieve an equilibrium state of health. He has extensive expertise in the non-surgical treatment of adult disorders, including the treatment of severe life-threatening illnesses. In his free time you can find him climbing, cycling, skiing, hiking, and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
