About Dr. Joshua Freemyer
Aligning With the Chiropractic Philosophy
With a desire to help people, Dr. Josh was studying osteopathic medicine when he realized it didn’t quite suit his belief system. “I looked for different ways I could take care of people that fit with my ideals. The principle of chiropractic and that the power that made the body heals the body resonated with me.”
A football injury during his undergraduate years plagued Dr. Josh until he enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic. There, he received chiropractic care that involved the technique he uses in practice today. It opened his eyes to the true impact of chiropractic care, and he realized that it was about overall health rather than just localized problems like pain.
A Love of Serving Others
After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Josh pursued postgraduate training in the Knee Chest Upper Cervical Technique. Additionally, he has had the opportunity to serve people in Nicaragua, Honduras, and across the U.S. with chiropractic care.
Dr. Josh particularly enjoys seeing people who are seeking out chiropractic care as a last resort. One such miracle story involved a man who had undergone neck surgery and was scheduled for the second round of it.
He’d been under chiropractic care, but on a Friday just four days before his second surgery, he was referred to Source Family Chiropractic. Dr. Josh determined the source of his problem, adjusted him and the man was able to cancel his surgery. “I want to serve people and teach them the truth about how their body works. It’s exciting to see people grasp that they have an innate ability to heal.”
He also serves entire families who come in together, valuing their health and creating change on a local level. “When one person is healthy, their whole family can be, too. It creates a ripple effect, spreading and allowing people to thrive.”

Love having the whole family come and see Dr. Josh every week! My daughter has gotten adjusted regularly since she was three days old, and I really think the regular adjustments have been a huge part of her being such a happy baby. She has a great latch, has never had any colic issues, and is an amazing sleeper! And I love how much the whole office cares for every patient, it really does feel like a family. We are very very thankful for Source Family Chiropractic!

Dr. Josh has a very gifted way of adjusting my spine to alleviate random and multiple ailments. Even if I don’t explain a current concern, the adjustment relieves the pressure or tension - which is indicative of his knowledgeable and gifted skill. I am so thankful for my weekly adjustments, as is my husband and family, and I’m so thankful I found him almost 6 years ago.

The office was clean and a very nice aesthetic. Tasha provided a very warm welcome and Josh was amazing. The slight pain o was feeling was gone after my visit. I will definitely be returning regularly.

I’m a former patient but only because my job would not accommodate for me to make it in time before the office closed for the day. I never had to wait to be seen, and never felt rushed even if I got there right at closing time. I always felt comfortable during my visit, and felt better afterwards. The office is nice and clean. Tasha is always sweet and welcoming as soon as you open the door.

Dr. Josh was extremely professional. He listens to his patients needs before treating them and makes a plan to ensure that they are being personally taken care of. It is not a “one size fits all” type of practice. I was very impressed, and would recommend him to all my friends and family!
I’ve never known the benefits of chiropractic care until seeing him. I’ve seen an enormous improvement in my over all health
