I did not care for the environment at all and would never . All the questions asked were not relevant. The reason I was there and the reason was not actually discussed. He did tell me that if I’d like to leave they won’t charge me so I left.

Was in and out in under an hour. The dr was friendly, answered the few questions I had and talked me into a referral for a mammogram even though I've been avoiding doing it. It took me a couple trips around the parking lot to verify I was in the right place, but the office itself is really nice and so was the front desk staff.

Dr was friendly and seemed to listen but when I reviewed my after visit notes on mychart it read like he wasn't listening or that the notes were for a different patient and frankly that makes me lose confidence in this provider. After the followup for my medications I will be switching providers.

Dr. Knol was extremely friendly, and best of all he is a doc who LISTENS to whatever you have to say. He asks about any concerns you have and is ready to actually discuss them. He is not like some rushed doctors who only give you a minute or two and then disappear without even listening to you. Dr. Joshua Knol is a very good, friendly, knowledgeable doctor who is easy to discuss matters with, and I am very happy to have him as my new primary care physician.

Pretty happy with my experience. I haven't been to a doctor in 10 years - they made it a pretty painless experience for a newbie. Even though I didn't have my insurance card, they were understanding and had a plan to grab the information, which I appreciated. I plan to return!
