Dr. Josh Rosenbloom is a Board-Certified physician who specializes in both Gastroenterology and hepatology. Dr. Rosenbloom received his medical degree from Des Moines University and completed his internal medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at St. John Providence health system through Michigan State University. Dr. Rosenbloom participated in numerous research projects in the areas of nutrition, quality improvement in colonoscopy preparation, weight loss, and hepatitis C.

Dr. Rosenbloom was kind and respectful. He listened to my issues and concerns and addressed them clearly and patiently, answering my questions with a discussion about the issues, possible treatments and why he was proposing the treatment he thought best. I did not feel rushed at all, Dr. Rosenbloom seemed intent that I had a full understanding of the option he chose and that other options were available if necessary.

After waiting almost two months to see this doctor, I was a little disappointed with the amount of time he spent with me discussing my background and answering questions. The physician assistant was very thorough and friendly. The doctor was very nice and reassuring. However, after waiting an hour after my appt time to actually see him I felt a little rushed as if he didn’t have time to talk about my history and when I went to ask questions he was quick to respond with a list of Tests that needed be done before he could answer any of my questions regarding what was causing my problems. I was feeling rushed after an hour of waiting in an extremely hot waiting room as I thought he would spend more time talking to me. The office staff was very thorough and provided me with idiot proof step by step instructions of what I needed to do before my next visit. I was able to get the tests scheduled within a two week time frame which is positive. We will see how things change when I come back with all my test results and I will determine if I will stay with this practice.

Office staff was friendly and greeted me right away. Everyone seemed very happy with their employment. I’ve seen several GI doctors for problems I’ve had most of my life and historically, I’ve been dismissed and no doctor cared to find the cause of my problems. Dr Rosenbloom was amazing. He listened to my concerns and immediately came up with a plan of action and assured me we would figure things out and find a solution. Finding a doctor who let alone listened to me, but also validated my concerns and expressed interest in finding the root cause, not just treating a symptom was refreshing and an incredible relief. I am absolutely thrilled with Dr Rosenbloom.

I recently had a visit with this provider, who I selected and traveled over an hour to see, based on the reviews I read about him and his practice. It did not disappoint. I’m super happy with the entire process. Staff were super friendly and communicated very clearly Of what to anticipate during my visit and next steps. De Rosenbloom is wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. He listened and I’m happy with the plan we came up with. Even better is that I was able to get an appointment quickly and the timeframe the next steps occur is very reasonable!
