Getting to know Joshua Strobel
From my earliest experiences in nursing, I have been drawn to the stories behind each patient. What shaped their struggles, what brough them to the point of crisis and how can I support their journey towards healing. Mental health is not just a career that I chose, but a vocation that aligns with my values, empathy and desire to make a long-lasting impact. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I am committed from providing compassionate, individualized care for each of my patients. I am a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University with Master of Science in Nursing. During my career in nursing, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including intensive care, emergency units, acute care and community health. My experience in nursing and time spent working alongside psychiatric nurse practitioners has strengthened my resolve to be part of a system that offers all patients not only treatment but dignity and hope.

Wonderful! Truly the kindest, most attentive and proactive provider I have seen. He truly has been a blessing and an ASSET, in the sense that the care and service provided by him and the administrative team in coordinating my appointment was phenomenal and supplemented my life. Was having connectivity issues, couldn’t find my insurance card, as well as my busy work schedule; yet him and his team were such quick and clear communicators. They made sure I did not have to pay a penny more than possibly necessary. I am new to town, and they took time making a concerted effort to assist me in finding a nearby pharmacy, PCP, labs, AND therapist. TRULY PHENOMENAL from top to bottom. I highly recommend him. I never write reviews—I am guilty of gatekeeping. However, I am confident he could treat the entire country at once, and still be able to fit me into his schedule. A warm welcome and wonderful experience finding a new provider locally as I am relocating. He is the epitome of a nurturer!
