About Josie Kharitonenkov

Hi, I’m Josie. I help people who want to improve their relationship to food, and those who want to feel healthy and vibrant again. I love to help people discover what is underneath their food behaviors, and find fun, sustainable ways to eat, so they can meet their goals for a lifetime. Whether you’re dealing with mental health symptoms, GI upset, problem periods, or eating disorders, I’m excited to partner with you. I'm here for the people that are hurting, and desperately want to feel better, but haven't a clue how to get there. I started my studies of food and nutrition at Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science, and then completed my dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin. After school, I discovered a love for working with people with disordered eating and eating disorders, and worked at an eating disorder treatment center until joining Nutrition Hive. When I work with clients, I love to explore the root cause of how challenges started (sometimes with arts and crafts!), and find ways to support mind/body/spirit. Whether we’re finding fun new recipes to try, or creating experiments to figure out what is contributing to your symptoms, you are in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support you.
