I'm a board-certified psychiatrist accepting new patients age 14 and older. After earning my undergraduate degree at Grand Canyon University, I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Arizona, specializing in Mental Health. My expertise allows me to leverage both pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic options with evidence-based treatment.

My approach begins by building a trusting relationship with my client. I aim to provide a safe environment where clients will feel heard & valued. By maintaining regular contact, offering clear and tailored guidance, and empowering patients through mutual decision -making, I aim to enhance treatment adherence and outcomes. This patient-centered approach, supported by evidence-based practices, helps patients stay motivated and engaged throughout their treatment journey.

I believe holistic wellness begins with understanding the intricate connections between physical health, mental well-being, and the unique journey of each individual. My treatment plans are personalized, taking into account each patient's experiences, values, and belief systems.

I highly recommend Dr. Mossle, She is always willing to listen to my concerns and takes the time to hear me out without judgment. She shares her thoughts and recommendations with kindness and works with me to find the best approach for my mental health.
I tend to second-guess treatments and want to move on to the next option if I don’t see immediate results, but she is patient and helps me stay focused on what is most likely to benefit me. I truly appreciate that she checks in between appointments, even when she doesn’t have to, which makes me feel supported and cared for.
She also goes above and beyond by keeping me informed about changes to my copay and helping me manage costs by spacing appointments further apart when needed. Her compassion, understanding, and dedication to her patients make her an exceptional provider.

She was very abrasive in her words and told me that if I didn’t get on a new medication I would become bipolar and act on my suicidal thoughts. I came for EMDR therapy not a medication evaluation. It sent me into an anxiety attack. I would not recommend her unless you work well with that kind of strategy. I have a psychiatrist that has a med plan for me so I feel that those comments were unnecessary and unhelpful. All it did was scare me because she couldn’t change my meds anyway so it all seems pretty pointless to tell me things like that.
