My approach begins by building a trusting relationship with my client. I aim to provide a safe environment where clients will feel heard & valued. By maintaining regular contact, offering clear and tailored guidance, and empowering patients through mutual decision -making, I aim to enhance treatment adherence and outcomes. This patient-centered approach, supported by evidence-based practices, helps patients stay motivated and engaged throughout their treatment journey.

    She was very abrasive in her words and told me that if I didn’t get on a new medication I would become bipolar and act on my suicidal thoughts. I came for EMDR therapy not a medication evaluation. It sent me into an anxiety attack. I would not recommend her unless you work well with that kind of strategy. I have a psychiatrist that has a med plan for me so I feel that those comments were unnecessary and unhelpful. All it did was scare me because she couldn’t change my meds anyway so it all seems pretty pointless to tell me things like that.
