This was my first appointment at the obgyn in 3 years. I was so happy to find a female doctor who was professional and made me feel comfortable. Representation is so important to me and although I was nervous everyone was so polite and I felt welcomed. The establishment is clean, warm, and convenient. I was glad I got to meet the person that Zocdoc recommended! I’m really glad I had such a good experience for my first visit in a while!

She is extremely kind! It was my first time getting a pap smear and she made sure I was comfortable. She was kind and communicated the process. I did not feel rushed like it might feel at the doctor's office or like a drive thru. She even came back after the nurse came to answer a short question I had. Highly recommend!

I was not seen by the provider even though I had a confirmation sent to me from Zocdoc. The cold hearted woman that spoke to me was NOT the person I had the appointment with however she was there and quietly watched as this woman denied me service for a time sensitive issue. An issue that shows up on Zocdoc as one they treat.
The woman asked me what my intent was with this appointment and if I was looking for a new doctor and I spoke honestly stating I had a doctor but needed a quick appointment to deal with a time sensitive issue. She told me they are not an urgent care and unless I want to change my primary OB to them, it “wasn’t worth it for them to take the time to get my records” from my doctor. My issue could’ve been checked by a quick test and *if* something else came up, I could’ve been open to continuing care but that wasn’t even considered. I left the office crying that they refused me treatment and nobody in the front said a word. I should’ve listened to the yelp reviews.

I found my OB now for sure!! Jovacia was amazing. She listened and even gave me advice about sum thing outside of our appointment. She made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable for my first Pap smear and check up and I’d recommend her to ANYONE!!

My appointment with Dr. Friedman went well. I really liked him. He took the time to sit and ask me questions and explain things to me. He also listened to everything I had to say and dealt with my anxiety. All the office staff were very friendly. Overall, highly recommended. It was also great because in the office they have all the equipment to do echocardiograms and EKG’s and I didn’t have to be referred anywhere else to have it done. The only thing I would have changed is the wait time to have the echocardiogram done. It wasn’t that long, maybe 20-30 minutes because there are many cardiologists in this building that are probably all sending patients up for echos.
Highly recommend Dr. Friedman. 10 out of 10 for him.

I was seen for my annual pap visit by Jovacia Mcclear. I’ve had several different gyno/NPs over the years and every place is usually the same - long wait times & a rushed visit. This visit was quite the opposite. The wait was acceptable & everyone was extremely kind and pleasant - from the person that checked me in, to the person who took my pressure, to the NP. The NP answered every single question I had and explained things clearly & in great detail. The exam was thorough & I was left with no questions or issues after visit. The office is very clean & attractive. Thank you, Jovacia Mcclear & staff!
