Meet Dr. Joy Ibeh, a doctoral-trained, double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC), with over 13 combined years of clinical experience. She earned her Doctorate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global, holds a Master’s in Family Nursing from Walden University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global.
At Salient Health and Wellness, we are patient-centered, offering Medication Management, Combined Psychotherapy, and Individual Treatment Plans. Dr. Ibeh approaches her patients with a focus on understanding the unique aspects of their psychiatric and mental health needs. Her goal is to break through barriers that may limit access to mental health care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Dr. Ibeh is committed to providing competent, personalized evidence-based and result-driven patient-centered care in Psychiatry Mental Health Disorder. She treat a wide range of conditions from Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder & Substance Abuse. She provide all services via tele-psychiatry from the comfort of patient's preferred abode.
At this time, Salient Health and Wellness, LLC should not be considered for meeting requirements for disability, employment, legal documentation, or school enrollment forms.
Our prescriber can prescribe all medications excluding Controlled Substances such as Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Ritalin, Adderall, and others.

The office repeatedly rescheduled my daughter’s appointment. When they sent another text to reschedule, we responded to inform them that she had to work that day and would be unable to attend. Despite this, they charged us a $160 no-show fee. Given that the repeated rescheduling was initiated by their office and they failed to accommodate our communication, this charge feels highly unethical and unacceptable
