My healthcare career bean in 1993 after earning my nursing degree. Since then, I have continued advancing my education and clinical expertise to better serve patients across a wide range of healthcare needs.
I am board certified as an Advanced Practiced Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in Family Nursing. I later became board certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) after completing a post master's program. In addition, I earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a focus in Leadership.
I take pride in providing a practical, personalized approach to patient care. My focus is on creating realistic treatment plans that fit into each patient's daily lives while supporting long term health and wellness. Patients often appreciate my straightforward communication style, clear guidance, and supportive environment.

My approach begins with understanding you as a whole person, not just Your symptoms During the initial evaluation, we'll discuss your mental health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and treatment goals to develop an individualized care plan.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide medication management along with supportive talk therapy. Follow up sessions typically include reviewing symptoms, monitoring medication effectiveness and side effects, discussing progress, and exploring coping strategies to support your overall wellbeing.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgemental environment where client feels heard, supported an actively involved in their treatment journey.
