I have experience providing psychiatric care in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings. I earned my Master’s Degree as an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2002 and later obtained certification as an Advanced Practice Certified Addictions Recovery Nurse.
I believe treatment works best when we make decisions together. I will never force my own treatment plan. Instead, I strive to create a supportive environment where I can understand your experiences and work with you to develop a path toward healing that reflects your goals and values.
During our first appointment, I take time to thoroughly explore your history, current concerns, and where you would like to go in treatment. I carry that understanding into each follow-up visit, with you directing the goals of your care while we adjust your treatment together as your needs evolve.
