About Dr. Juan De La Cruz
Dr. De La Cruz decided to pursue a career in chiropractic after suffering a debilitating sports injury to his lower back. After refusing surgery, he tried a non-invasive approach-chiropractic. Needless to say, it opened the doors to the wonderful world of chiropractic and its power to heal. Dr. De La Cruz attended Northeast College of Health Sciences and New York Chiropractic College, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004. He is a friendly and warm chiropractor who has been caring for the New York community for many years, providing the utmost in chiropractic care. He has experience treating professional athletes, including but not limited to baseball players, tennis players, and runners. His expertise ranges from effectively treating postural issues to chronic pain conditions. Dr. De La Cruz enjoys his work and values the opportunity to help his patients reach their optimal quality of life. He gives each patient his focused attention and prides himself on delivering the best treatment at every visit. He is deeply committed to the well-being of his patients. Dr. De La Cruz is fluent in English and Spanish.

For chiropractic care, Dr. Juan De La Cruz is the best. I have followed him to 3 different locations and have made referrals. He has been my 3rd chiropractor and my last. Have been seeing him since 2019. He is very knowledgeable and hands on. He does not rely on a lot of gadgets. He has skilled hands. I feel like a million bucks after my sessions with Dr. De La Cruz.

It was my first time there and I loved it. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The doctor was amazing, very attentive, listen to all my questions and concerns. Very easy going and I was at ease in the office. I recommend this Dr. 10/10.

I can't stay enough about Dr. Cruz. My biggest draw was during my first visit, he listened to my long, drawn-out explanation about everything that was going on with me. He didn't cut me off, to the chase. He actually listened, although we laughed at the end about how thorough I was. (LOL) His manner was very good, his attending staff are also excellent, with great personalities. I'd recommend him to any and everyone!

I sustained a sports-related injury many years ago. I sought help from multiple doctors and physical therapists and they did virtually nothing to cure it. A physical therapist even told me that I had a forever injury. I did not buy that for a second. When I had my first appointment with Dr. De La Cruz, I had an X-ray taken and received a proper diagnosis. For about one month now, I've been undergoing treatment and he's helped me a great deal in terms of remarkable progress being made in a short amount of time than all of the doctors and physical therapists combined. I'm well on my way to being 100% for the first time in ages. I'm very grateful for what he's done for me. He's outstanding and extremely personable. I highly recommend him.
