I work with my client by providing valuable insights, support, and guidance tailored to individual needs. Client can also expect empathy, and solution focus therapy that addresses their mental health problems. I provide holistic care, prioritizing active listening, open communication, and collaborative decision-making. Integrating evidence-based practices, My goal is to empower clients with a sustainable health and wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I appreciate your proactive step of prioritizing your well-being; recognizing the importance of self-care and self-love; which is indeed the first stride toward healing. As a certified Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I am open-minded, warm and approach care with a holistic perspective.The takeaway from our sessions, is an enhance understanding of oneself, improved coping mechanisms, and a collaborative path toward overall mental and physical health.

I was contacted last Wednesday asking if I could reschedule to 2:30pm when it was at 1pm originally, I agreed and the time was never updated on the app and I received an appointment notification asking me to sign in at 1pm and I did but received no video chat invite. I decided to call and leave Jude a message but didn’t get a call back, I waited until 2:30pm and still didn’t get a video invite so I called 2x and was forwarded to voicemail…… so that’s awesome I guess…
