Coming to therapy is a very personal situation. I provide privacy, confidentiality and a caring environment. Being there to support the client is a most important aspect of therapy. I work with grief and loss (and this includes pets), PTSD, anxiety, depression, which are the most prevalent.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am here for you. We are a team. We work together to help you through tough times and rejoice in the good times. I am a caring therapist and listen closely to what you are saying. I don't use just one style or approach because each person is different. One size does not fit all in therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

One our first visit we will discuss what brings you to therapy and what you are wanting to accomplish. We talk about things that have been helpful for you in the past and explore new ways of helping you move ahead to attain your goals.
