They do not do video appointments And even after rescheduling one time they still didn't tell me they didn't do video appointments. they have not done video appointments since covid 19

Bethany medical needs new receptionists and or proper medical billing software. They wouldn’t see me because my old insurance policy was listed as active in their system but it was inactive from a carrier perspective. I ended up going to another provider and they had zero issues with my insurance verification. Do better
