My goal is to help you feel your best on the lowest effective dose of medication. I believe in a personalized and collaborative approach, tailoring medication regimens to your specific needs based on your feedback. I specialize in treating a range of psychiatric conditions, with expertise in anxiety, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be a comprehensive and in-depth assessment of your personal history and current symptoms. We will work together to create a collaborative plan and set goals for our time together, ensuring that your care is aligned with your unique needs and preferences. Follow up sessions will be focused on your goals and how we can work towards helping you achieve them

    I was a new patient of Julia’s and she made me feel so comfortable starting medications. I felt heard and like my goals were kept top of mind while we created a plan to treat my depression and ADHD.
