I love to make healing an empowering, enjoyable process, so here’s a bit about me—I specialize in supporting people with symptoms of stress, body tension, low energy, sleep issues, and anything related to mental health or gut health (e.g., anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm), gut/stomach issues, burnout, exhaustion, poor mental focus, and more. I want to show people a more empowering way to look at health: our symptoms are not bad, we didn’t do anything wrong, and we don’t need to be fixed. Instead, healing can be fun, empowering, and enjoyable. Our bodies are so smart, and all we need to do is support them with natural tools so that we can thrive. I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, which guides my holistic approach to care.
