“love the office and the kind of no wait style they have . i did not like that i had to put a debit or credit card on file . they do not bill and can not explain why the company is asking . with that i feel like im putting my info out there for no reason . then i will have to right someone or company to let them know to take your card off their file .”

About Julia Fornatto
Julia Fornatto is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She completed her Physician Assistant training at Salus University in Elkins Park, PA, where she graduated with honors, and received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Upon her graduation in 2020, she began her specialty training and work as a Dermatology Physician Assistant.
After many years of struggling with cystic acne in her teenage years, she was inspired to begin her own career in Dermatology. Julia prioritizes patient education and is dedicated to compassionate and high quality individualized patient care. Julia is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Dermatology. She is currently in the process of completing the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Diplomate Fellowship program.
Julia currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places (especially national parks!), spending time with her goldendoodle, and listening to any new comedy special that pops up on Netflix. She is bilingual in Ukrainian and English. Julia is thrilled to become a part of the TDS team!

Disappointed. I am a new patient and was looking forward to this appointment with this specific provider based on availability and Zocdoc reviews. Front staff was quick and dismissive, didn’t even take a second to say “Hi how are you”. Felt rushed which is ironic because I was not seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time and I it was with a different provider than the one I booked. The provider did not closely examine my skin which seemed unusual to me, and did not explain that he was stepping in for another provider. He was kind, informative and heard my concerns, but I had entirely different expectations for this appointment that were not met. I hope my follow up appointment offers a better experience.

I was in need of being seen and in pain from an issue. The doctor was very detailed oriented and a great listener who was able to help me out ASAP! She even took the time to explain any risks of the antibiotics I was given knowing it was a holiday that night (new years Eve) she was kind and made sure to explain what was needed. Would definitely recommend this office.

Went for a rash. She didn’t write a prescription. I told her my symptoms and she wanted me to follow up in 7-10 days. I then asked if I could email her and she said she doesn’t do email that I would have to schedule. Waste of time and a co-pay.
