About Julia Haack
Julia is a Family Nurse Practitioner who brings nearly a decade of healthcare experience to her patients. Growing up in Lincoln, Nebraska, she began her journey in healthcare as a CNA in both a nursing home and rehabilitation hospital. She went on to earn her nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and spent most of her nursing career caring for oncology patients, first at UNMC and later at Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC.
Julia’s love for getting to know her patients and helping them take charge of their health inspired her to pursue her master’s degree at Clarkson College. During her training, she discovered a passion for preventative care and evidence-based medicine, which continue to guide her practice today. She believes in valuing each patient’s story, tailoring care to each person’s needs, and partnering with patients to support their long-term wellness. She is committed to being open-minded and inclusive, ensuring that every patient feels respected and heard.
When she’s not in the clinic, Julia enjoys bike rides with her wife, discovering new restaurants around the DC area, practicing yoga, and getting lost in a good mystery novel.

Went for a general physical (it had been a few years). Office is clean and had a nice, relaxing vibe. Staff were all super friendly. Provider took her time to answer questions and had a great personality/bedside manner. Recommend!

I thought i was making a dermatologist appointment but it turns out she was not a dermatologist and told me she would refer me to one if needed. Then she prescribed some medication that my pharmacy has been trying to get information for over a week on. Not going back, can't get ends filled and not even the type of doctor I was looking for. Not recommended zocdoc or the doctor

I’ve never had such a great and positive experience as I did with Julia. She was kind, super helpful, and truly listened to all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed like I often do with other medical professionals. The staff was also very friendly, and you can tell everyone enjoys being there. The office itself was beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommend!
