Julia Lehle, RD

Dietitian
PA
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist based out of Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Woman’s University and completed my Master of Business Administration from Texas State University. I’m passionate about helping individuals build sustainable, compassionate relationships with food, their bodies, and their health — especially during transitions and moments of self-discovery. I believe nourishment goes far beyond nutrients; it is shaped by culture, identity, and lived experiences. That’s why I strive to understand the full picture of each client’s story. I approach counseling through an empathetic, client-centered, and anti-diet lens. Together, we explore patterns around eating and body image, challenge rigid food rules, and build practical skills that support your goals at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My hope is that clients begin to experience more freedom and flexibility with food, reduce guilt and anxiety around eating, and rebuild trust in their bodies. I’m particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing disordered eating patterns and those seeking to cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food. I support clients in breaking cycles of restriction and overeating, improving body image, and developing sustainable habits that feel realistic rather than overwhelming. I also have a strong commitment to providing affirming and culturally responsive care for LGBTQ+ clients. Beyond counseling, you can find me spending time with my wife and my two adorable dachshunds. I also enjoy painting and spending time in nature.
