Dr. Tzu was very friendly and attentive. I had a procedure done and I am so much of a scaredy cat. Dr. Tzu explained to me thoroughly, step by step, what she was about to do and what equipments she wasgrabbing. She made sure that I am okay along the way. She explained my medications very well and made sure I understand them. The office is very clean and white. I came out of the office, feeling relieved and well taken care of. I recommend Dr. Tzu

Dr. Tzu is extremely nice although a little curt which can make you nervous if you aren't expecting it. She tends to be on the safe side when evaluating moles (remove vs. observe); however, when dealing with possible skin cancer, itsbetter to be safe than sorry! It is extremely easy to make appointments and you are typically seen right away which is a plus.

I think Dr. Zhu is a true professional and a terrific doctor. While I had previously treated with Dr. Zhu for skin issues, etc., at this appointment, I requested a consultation for aesthetic enhancement using Botox and filler. Dr. Zhu tookher time explaining everything to me and did a terrific job. I love my lip filler and I achieved what I was hoping to! Additionally, Leah, the medical assistant, is also really wonderful and helpful. I love this office!

Condescending when I asked questions. Did not thoroughly explain what she was checking. Felt rushed and like she was not really listening to my concerns. Would not recommend.

I came here for somewhat of an emergency appointment because of something that came up on my skin. I'm very particular with doctors (I'm disappointed in most of them!) but Dr. Tzu had a great bedside manner, was very knowledgeable andI truly appreciated that she took the time to thoroughly explain my condition to me - what it was, scientific conclusions about it thus far, how long it will take to resolve, etc. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a dermatologist.

Dr. Zhu was incredibly professional and thorough in her examination. She also was very pleasant, had great bedside manner, and went the extra mile asking questions that were a bit out of the scope of my appointment. I felt so comfortablewith her that I intend to schedule an appointment with her for cosmetic needs as well!

Went to have a cyst checked out and the doctor laughed at me for being concerned about it. Also had some other questions and she didn't take them too seriously. I felt completely rushed. Oh, and I'm a digital native, andthe check-in process on the "iPad" was absolutely horrendous, confusing, and time-consuming.

I have been seeing Dr. Tzu regularly for over 2 years. She has done such a great job of helping me with all of my questions from changing and new moles to having eczema. She’s worked with me when issues progressedand new medication was needed. Even offered me a coupon to save on a newer cream. Her staff are pleasant and always welcoming. I had problems getting there with a sick passenger on the subway and she even waited for me! Thank you Dr. Tzu.

Dr Tzu was kind in some ways but awkward and made me feel like an idiot. There was an absurd amount of digital paperwork to fill out. One other staff member made me feel foolish, as well. You shouldn't feel guiltyor silly in a doctor's office. I wouldn't go back.

Though Dr. Tzu was professional, I was unimpressed by her choice of staff. Her receptionist was rude and continued chatting on the phone socially while I waited to get her attention for my first visit. I gave her the benefit ofthe doubt, but found her equally unpleasant on my second visit. Her medical assistant also seemed uninformed, and somewhat uncaring. I had a biopsy done which continued to bleed while I waited for it stop while in the waiting room. After over 20 minutes, I got the assistant's attention. She brought me into an exam room, gave me cursory instructions before rushing off, and not checking on me again. I had to find my own gauze and bandaid before leaving.

I've been seeing Dr Tzu regularly for two years since I went in for a changing mole that turned out to be melanoma. I simply can't say enough good things about her, but I'll never forget receiving a personal phone callfrom her the day I had surgery with the oncologist she had referred me to just two weeks earlier because, quite frankly, I forgot to tell her office I had it scheduled and she was concerned. I'm pretty sure that says it all.

The doctor is really nice but the office and the computers were in a mess. The computers weren't working . I requested the office to send me the paperwork, so I could fill it but it was sent too late .I believe I waited about 80 mins or more to see the doctor.

She seemed to have an awful lot of contempt for her patients... she even scoffed at me for daring to ask about other possible reasons for my condition - because some things just didn't make sense.. and when medication doesn't seemto work, it seems wise to maybe try a different approach, but it seemed all she wanted was to get me in and out as fast as possible. The only reason I thought to go back to her is that I thought it would be the most efficient way to get my Rx renewed, seeing as she already wrote one for me (though, with too few refills.. for no apparent reason other than to make me come back sooner) - but now I'm seeing that she has zero availability for the foreseeable future (checked all the way into March). Annoyed that I have to start looking for yet another Dr, but considering how over-priced and unfriendly she was, it's probably for the best.

Dr Tzu is a great dermatologist. Very through and knows her stuff. However, this is the second time i have waited just over 30 min to see her. I think we all know what would happen if we were 30 minlate. So just bear that in mind. The first few times I saw her I was seen within 10 min.
