Meet Dr. Juliana Igbinosun, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC! She's a caring psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner located in Randolph and Brookline, Massachusetts. Dr. Igbinosun earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University. She also holds a Master's in Nursing and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Nursing from Regis College, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts. She loves helping clients of all ages navigate their mental health journeys. With a focus on diagnosis and medication management, she's particularly passionate about supporting those dealing with ADHD, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders like anxiety and depression, as well as insomnia. Dr. Igbinosun has a warm and friendly approach to therapy, making clients feel comfortable and understood. She encourages everyone to share their thoughts about their mental health and what they hope to achieve. Usually, she starts by asking clients to talk about their current situation and any hurdles they might be facing in reaching their desired life. She loves to learn about their lifestyles, physical health, daily habits, and emotions. This information helps her understand each individual better, and if it seems helpful, she may suggest medication that fits their needs. Overall, she creates a welcoming environment where clients can openly explore their feelings and goals..

This provider was very punctual and straight to the point. Very easy to speak to without feeling judged. This provider also created a follow up appointment right away within a week. I received a call the Monday after my Saturday appointment had already taken place by someone in the office. They requested my credit card be on file which I had not been made aware of prior to my visit. Also, I mentioned I have a secondary insurance but I was told they do not take secondary insurance payers. I work in the health insurance industry and this was a total surprise for me and something I haven't heard of before. However, with that being said the psychologist I saw was great and we have another appointment set.

She was almost 30 minutes late arriving with no apology. Very curt and unprofessional. Provided no additional explanation when she said she "didn't see a problem" and then just stared at me. Office was dusty and machinery had paint peeling.

Really nice staff, no complaints there. I did however feel like Juliana didn’t listen to what I was saying. I went in to talk about a possible medication or ideas on how to help symptoms I was having and explained what I have already tried myself to help. Unfortunately Juliana told me to try what I initially said did not work for me and sent me on my way. I left feeling like I wasted money on a copay.

Juliana is very thoughtful and considerate. I came in for insomnia, and I would like to get some ambien pills. Instead of giving my the prescription without asking any question, Juliana talked me through the potential causes of my sleeping problem, and recommended some OTCs as a start. I can clearly see that Juliana cares not only the symptoms of her patients but also the long term wellbeing. Great provider.
