It was a regular 3/5 star for doctors visit. The desk attendant was very friendly and charismatic. The bedside manner of the medical staff within the examine room though, could’ve been friendlier. Overall I would rate my experience a 3/5 Stars. I believe I could’ve saved $$$ and a drive if the professionals had just given me a phone call prior to my appointment. Essentially, my insurance & I paid hundreds to be told that there was nothing that she could do. I at least thought that she would be able to drain painful cyst, and offer me some relief. I could’ve paid an urgent care near by to do it for me. But I essentially wasted hundreds of $ in insurance money, a copay, & took off of work for nothing. I got some samples, which I guess is a silver lining, but I do still believe that a lot of time and money wasted could’ve been avoided, had anyone from the office called me prior to my appointment. I was considering a cosmetic consult but will go elsewhere with more attention to care

I was very impressed with Julian Gee and the entire staff at this doctor office and location. Juliann was professional, very thorough in her examination and explanation of her findings, resolution, procedures performed, medication prescribed as well as skin products recommended to best care for my skin. She was wonderful as well as Colleen at the front desk as well as all other staff that interacted with me today. I am very impressed with my guest visit here.
