About Dr. Julie Kupersmith

Dr. Julie E. E. Kupersmith graduated cum laude with High Honors in Biological Sciences from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1990. She then attended The University of Maryland School of Medicine and Graduate School in Baltimore, Maryland where she received her M.D. degree in 1995.
In 2001, Dr. Kupersmith completed her General Surgery residency at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester, an affiliate of New York Medical College in New Rochelle, New York. She was Chief Surgical Resident from 2000-2001.
Following completion of her general surgery training, she enhanced her aesthetic surgical technique by completing a Plastic Surgery residency program at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center.
Dr. Kupersmith has been a featured speaker at bariatric surgery support groups and meetings for LifeSculpt™. She has assisted many patients in tailoring personalized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans to maximize the aesthetic benefits of their weight loss.
She is currently in private practice in Westchester, New York performing cosmetic surgery for over 15 years. Dr. Kupersmith has hospital privileges at Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital. She specializes in body and facial contouring procedures, both surgical and non-surgical. Our office has many of the newest treatments for body contouring, including Coolsculpting, CoolTone, and Trusculpt Flex. We can help you to look and feel rejuvenated.
Dr. Kupersmith understands that the decision to have cosmetic surgery is a deeply personal issue. Thus, she believes in a personal touch for personal matters.

Dr. Kupersmith is a doctor's doctor which is why I'm her patient. She is excellent in clinical skills, knowledge, the application of her knowledge and the latest technologies available to achieve the results that are desired. Don't settle for less. Do follow her recommendations to get the results you want. I first saw her in 2009 when she did amazing work for me with the laser, and again recently for touching up some places I'd like to improve when I meet old friends. Like a true scientist, there is a solution to every problem. You just need to know what to do when. Dr. Kupersmith knows what to do when and her clinical judgement is excellent.

Dr. Kupersmith was great. I purchased a deal online for a laser treatment, the treatment was a little less than I expected but other than that I don't have any complaints. I showed up a day early for my appointment by accident and she was able to fit me in between her other appointments on such short notice and I only waited about 30mins. She took a lot of time to talk to me about procedures that I have had done and future procedures that I am considering. Her opinions were very honest and by no means suggested the more expensive, unnecessary procedures that other doctors have. Overall, the experience was both pleasant and informative. She definitely has her patients best interests in mind!
