Office was very communicative. First consult went well and Dr Patel seemed agreeable. She went MIA afterwards and won't answer emails after multiple business days. As a complex patient, I'm not comfortable with a provider who is non-responsive. This is not safe if I have an emergency. I'm moving on to a new provider.

What a great staff! Super sweet staff member at check -in, plus a very personable PA/nurse who took my vitals. Very friendly and nice assistant in lab, too!

She was AMAZING! The nurse and front desk ladies as well. I honestly haven't felt so comfortable with a doctor ever. She didn't rush me at ALL and also addressed all my concerns. I couldn't recommend her more if your looking for a caring and authentic doctor! I've happily picked her as my new PCP.
