Everyone was friendly, and there was no waiting to get my blood drawn or see the Dr.

My visit was ok .No one introduced themselves or clarified their roles, which felt a bit impersonal. I was surprised by the ace bandage the MA used, and during the blooddraw, she tapped the area before and after putting on gloves, raised some contamination concerns. When I asked about the list of tests being run, she simply said, “These are what we used,” without further explanation. The technician who took my vitals was kind& did a thorough triage.The doctor wasn’t overly alarmed by my labs and said we’d wait for results. At checkout, the receptionist had her jacket on like she was ready to leave, which may explain why she rushed me out and scheduled my next appointment without much care. When I asked for a copy of my results, she they don’t print discharge summaries check online. I asked nurse on the other side who kindly provided a school note and partial lab results. Overall, it’s a decent place to get necessary tests done, but communication and professionalism could be improved.
