Getting to know Justice Farley

Hi! I'm Justice Farley, a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatric medication management. I grew up in a small town in Southeast Idaho and have always been drawn to work that helps people feel truly seen and supported. I completed my Master of Medical Science at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and earned my undergraduate degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University. I work with adolescents and adults (ages 16+) across a wide range of mental health concerns — and I'm here to help you find a path forward that actually fits your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate and patient-centered — which means I'm genuinely interested in your whole story, not just a checklist of symptoms. I believe mental health is a core part of overall wellness, and I'll meet you where you are. Appointments are collaborative. I'll listen carefully, ask questions, and work with you to create a plan that reflects your goals and your life. You'll never feel rushed or dismissed here.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first visit is really about getting to know you. We'll talk through what's been going on, your history, your goals, and any medications or treatments you've tried before. From there, I'll share my clinical impressions and we'll talk through next steps together — whether that's starting or adjusting medication, exploring additional support options, or simply monitoring how you're doing. Follow-up visits give us a chance to check in, make any needed adjustments, and make sure the plan is actually working for you. I want every visit to feel like a partnership.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
