“Dr. Key was fantastic and truly the first therapist that I connected with and felt comfortable enough to talk through anything with. I have been through multiple, around four or five, therapists in my life so far but Dr. Key was the best. He would ask me questions and let me speak without interrupting and then would ask me questions that allowed me to come to a solution on my own .This is what I valued most about our time together. I would speak and he would ask me a question from a perspective I had never thought of before and it allowed me to problem solve, critically think, and learn things about myself that I didn't previously know or things that I did know, I had just never put to words. He always took everything I said seriously and never passed judgement. He knew when to smile, and when to not smile. I had gone through a psychotic break and lost myself for a while, Dr. Key allowed me to find the tools and keep the tools needed to find myself again and continue being my best self. Since ending therapy, I have the same job I had since we talked, I received two promotions and pay raises, I am continuing with school, I am able to identify and address the negative voice in my head, and I left with confidence much higher than I had before talking with him. Last thing I will say that I very much appreciated was Dr. Key also was able to speak or address issues I had at almost any time whether it was with a quick call or a text and he was always willing to put time aside and move things around for me. I never felt like I was not a priority. Thank you Dr. Key!”

What is your typical process for working with clients?
We'll have an initial consultation which will be 50 minutes long where I will learn about you, your history, any care you've received in the past, and your current experience, all with the goal of helping us come up with the best treatment recommendations going forward. For medication management, I usually see my patients at 25-minute follow-ups every 4-8 weeks on average. I see some patients as much as every other weeks and others as infrequent as a few times a year, based on their needs.

Dr.Key is an absolute professional. My waiting time was quick and my session was everything I hoped for. Professionalism seems to be all but lost in today's world but, Regeneration Psychology is bringing it back. I recommend you give Dr.Key and his practice a call, trust me you won't be disappointed!
