I saw Nurse Justin McPeak twice. Both times, getting my prescription sent to the pharmacy was a problem. After the first visit, it took more than three weeks for my medication to be sent even after I explained I was out and it was urgent. After the second visit, the prescription still was not sent, and I did not receive a response to my follow ups. Because timeliness and communication were not reliable in my experience, I will not be returning.

I saw this doctor and it seemed fine but then my scripts were not called into my pharmacy and they did not return my calls and then weeks later sent me a bill. The doctor and his office never corresponded with me again. Highly unprofessional.

My experience with Justin McPeak has been incredibly positive. He clearly understands the struggles that patients with anxiety conditions face and is able to explain and articulate clearly the medical and non-medical options for treatment. Justin was able to switch me from a medication that had been helpful but caused significant side effects to another that has more helpful and no significant side effects. Scheduling and follow ups have been easy. Very happy that I found Justin, and I recommend him fully to anyone coping with anxiety.

I had seen several doctors who barely spent 5-10 minutes with me. As a result, they prescribed depression medication when my primary diagnosis was anxiety, and they treated me like I had major depressive disorder. Dr. McPeak took the time to listen to me and review my medication. Now that I’ve been on a medication that belongs to a drug class known as SNRI instead of SSRI, which treats anxiety and depression, but more for anxiety, I feel like a whole different person. I’m not afraid to go out in public anymore. I haven’t had a panic attack in nearly 4 weeks. I can’t thank Dr. McPeak enough for his genuine care. I’ll definitely continue my treatment with him and therapy.

I’ve never come across someone as attentive and sincere as Dr. McPeak. He genuinely took the time to understand my symptoms and explain how different medications interact and potential side effects arise when mixing alcohol with my medication. Thanks to Dr. McPeak, my bipolar medication is under control, and I’m feeling much better and like my old self. I’m so grateful that I found his profile and gave him a chance.
