Getting to know Justin Ragon

Hello all! I am a PMHNP-C. I am originally from Mississippi. After serving four years in the United States Air Force, I attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where I majored in nursing. When I initially started my nursing career, I planned to work focusing mostly on medical nursing, but fell in love with mental health as a nurse and now as a Nurse Practitioner. I then earned my Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado. I have a particular interest in outpatient treatment for depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and have spent three years working in forensic psychiatry and two years working in outpatient psychiatry. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, gardening, traveling, and caring for animals.
