“My neck pain was so bad that I couldn’t fall asleep the past three nights. His office doesn’t open until 11am on Monday’s, but I got there at 10:30am in hopes he would be there because I couldn’t bear the pain anymore. He saw me waiting in my car and came out early and told me to come inside. I couldn’t turn my head when I walked in, but I left with no tension and full range of motion in my neck. First thing he did that I’ve never had a doctor do is fully explain to me the function of the spinal cord, brain stem, impact of nutrient intake on your spinal disks, and how your diet can influence your anti inflammatory responses. He took my x-rays after making sure I learned and explained to me what adjustment needed to be made to correct my spine and did it. He truly cares about teaching his patient’s and making sure they learn and understand what’s going on. The best part is he did all of this in less than 30 minutes. I will 100% be going back to him for a long time.”

About Dr. Justin Tinsley
After studying Biology at Arkansas State University, Dr. Justin worked for one of the top hospital systems in Arkansas, St. Bernards Regional Medical Center. He served several years in clinical physiology and the neurology lab, focusing on the evaluation of nerve conduction, identifying abnormal brain wave patterns (EEG), and ENT, a special test for inner ear function. He became fascinated with the relationship between the brain, spinal cord, nervous system, and the bones, muscles, and ligaments that support the normal function of every cell in the entire body.
While completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University, Dr. Justin worked at one of the most successful chiropractic offices in the world. He was trained by the most effective doctors and has passed that knowledge and experience on to many of the leading natural healthcare doctors in the country. In September of 2009, Dr. Justin founded the Spinal Check Foundation, LLC to create public awareness about the importance of a healthy spine and nervous system.
Dr. Justin is board-certified in physical therapy. As a Life University Extension faculty member, he trains three to five new and established doctors each year who want to achieve improved results for their patients.
When not helping patients, Dr. Justin enjoys spending time with family, swimming, baseball, and basketball. He is a member of Burnt Hickory Baptist Church.

I was only adjusted once by Dr. Tinsley. While I experienced some relief my overall experience was not good enough for me to come back . He claims that he could see the results of the cray before I could and knew exactly where my pain centers were. I came 2 week after that appointment for a “class” that I felt was a not thorough in terms of language. I myself am not a chiropractor and he just flips through different patient stories telling you about what happened to them , how adjusted them, and how they were healed. At the end of the class he gives you a treatment plan. For whatever reason (he did not explain this part very well , I told him I didn’t understand and he did not explain further) he said my insurance covers a portion I must pay the rest in a 4 figure down payment. That made no sense to me as to how I was not able to pay per visit. So I went to look elsewhere for care. I would not recommend him .

Great experience and learning opportunity. I walked out of that appointment mindblown with information shared by Dr Tinsley and greatly relieved from a shoulder pain that had been haunting me for over 2 months. Felt like a scam. Sat through a “class” explaining how the spine works on a Saturday morning. One person in the class looked at their phone and the speaker reprimanded them. The whole thing felt like “come see our time share condos.....“

It's been almost 3 years that I have adjustments with Dr. Justin. I'm felling way much better, I do not have back pain anymore and even headaches. Also, Dr. Justin is very helpful with any subject that you wanna ask him.

Amazing! Had severe back pain especially just walking for a while, once I started my treatment course with Dr. Tinsley I began to enjoy and look forward to walking my dog. Now I am pain free but continue my treatments so I stay that way.
