“Hello! Please review a few things when booking with me: Before booking, please make sure the location works for you. We have a number of locations in the Inland Empire. We collect deductibles, copays at the time of service. If you have any questions or concerns, please call your insurance before your visit. In addition, please be accurate about the reason for your visit. If you cannot find the reason for visit listed on my Zocdoc profile, that means I do not see patients for those reasons. You will be responsible for any charges associated with reserving the appointment if I need to cancel your appointment. If you have an insurance we do not accept, you will be charged cash for those appointments. We do not prescribe controlled substances. All pre-visit information must be filled out in a timely manner before your appointment. Please be sure that you will attend the appointment if you choose to reserve it. Justine Kim is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, critical care, emergency medicine, pediatrics, dialysis care, and leadership. She is dual-certified by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and brings over 15 years of diverse clinical experience to her role at Cajon Medical Group. Her broad background provides her with a unique perspective on patient care across all stages of life. At Cajon Medical Group, Justine is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families. She is especially passionate about health education, prevention, and empowering patients to take an active role in their own well-being.
