About Dr. Justine Park

Dr. Justine Park is a leading, board-certified dermatologist. She specializes in pediatric and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Park emphasizes empathy and one-on-one patient care, as well as educating patients about their skin conditions.
Dr. Park received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Berkeley before earning her medical degree from the University of Southern California (USC), where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and where she remains a lifetime member. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at White Memorial Medical Center before completing her residency in Dermatology at Martin Luther King-Drew Medical Center, ultimately serving as Chief Resident. During residency, she learned innovative techniques for keloid treatment, split ear lobe repair, and treatment of pigmentation disorders including melasma and vitiligo in patients with ethnic skin, under the renowned Dr. A. Paul Kelly.
During residency, Dr. Park developed an interest in Pediatric Dermatology and rotated at Rady’s Children Hospital San Diego in to learn under Dr. Larry Eichenfield and other experts in the field. She later earned a scholarship with the Society of Pediatric Dermatology to learn vascular lesion laser treatments under Dr. Bari Cunningham. She continues to volunteer her time as a Clinical Professor at USC at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).

I went in after reading the reviews of people waiting too long to be seen so I wasn’t surprised when it happened to me. At least they’re consistent. I waited 15 or so minutes in the waiting room and about a half hour in the exam room…in a paper gown…wouldn’t recommend.
The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and explained things well.
I’ll come back the next time I need a dermatologist even though it’s out of my way and I’ll just prepare to wait longer than I want to.
All in all a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Park to friends and family.

I felt comfortable with the Dr. and staff. She had a wonderful bedside manner. The only issue I had was my husband wasn’t allowed with me in the room where as at other places he has always been allowed.

Dr. Park is great. She is patient, understanding, and a great listener. She also offers great explanations for all of my questions and is proactive without trying to sell me a bunch of procedures I don't need. She's been able to effectively treat my conditions so far, the office staff is nice, and the wait times are minimal/practically nonexistent. I would highly recommend her.

This was one of the most horrible experience with any of the dr I had. The dr was like a vendor charging prices here and there from
my co pay. I had to wait over an hour, and while seeing me she left to see another patient! No clarity of communication, no diagnosis and no after visit summary. Please save your time and money and never ever visit this doctor.

First time seeing Dr. Park. She was really empathetic of my ailment and did her due diligence to collect a biopsy to make sure we know what's going on. Staff was friendly as well.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Park -- she was lovely. Friendly, warm, a great listener, seems incredibly knowledgeable. I needed a medication that was continually rejected by my insurance and she was able to help me find a very affordable work-around. Even though their office does elective skincare procedures, there was never any "selling" attempts -- in fact, I had to ask about them! Looking forward to my follow up with Dr. Park in a month!
