I am a double board-certified psychiatrist in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, with additional board certification in Obesity Medicine. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care across the lifespan, expertly treating a wide spectrum of mental health conditions in children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety disorders, panic disorders, PTSD, depression, dysthymia, PMDD, ADHD, psychosis, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, substance use disorders (including medication-assisted treatment/MAT), female hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), and many others. Patients consistently praise the thorough diagnostic assessments and precise, individualized medication management.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our initial session, we'll take the time to discuss the specific challenges and symptoms you are experiencing. We'll develop an accurate diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan, which may include prescription options, to help you start feeling better as soon as possible. Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled about 1 month after your initial visit. Once your condition is stable and no further medication adjustments are needed, we'll transition to follow-up visits every 3 months. I remain accessible between appointments and respond to messages within 12 to 24 hours to ensure timely support appropriate care when needed.

Dr Vogt was able to give me a new diagnosis in less than a month of treating me when I’ve been misdiagnosed for almost 16 years. She began changing my treatment methods and inside of 2 months I’m seeing more progress than ever before.
