Disgusting , rushed to put me on one set medication . Didn’t hear me out to properly diagnose me until my mom verbally came in to assist . Nasty attitude . I would not recommend her services ! HUNG UP ON ME AND WAS LATE 25 minutes to my appointment . We need more specialist that actually care about their patients . This is beyond sad

This was my follow up after my initial visit. I had a 2:15pm appt, in which they ask to log in tele health 15mins early. I click link at 2pm…fast forward to 3:30pm, I call the clinic and was informed she was running late but will be seeing me. 4:40pm, I call and ask what’s the hold up just to be told she won’t even be seeing me at this point bc my appt was at 2:15pm and that we’d need to reschedule..needless to say I will not be returning. Not to mention, she seems burnt out & overworked..seems to not be so patient and felt like she was treating me like a liar, felt very condescending and almost seemed bothered at times w my level of anxiety. Go elsewhere folks, she’s not it.
