About Kaity Kelsey

Kaity (she/her) has a passion for nutrition that she loves to share with those around her! She earned her Bachelor's in Dietetics from Utah State University. Prior to her time at Nourish, Kaity was an ICU Dietitian, which fostered a continued passion for learning all she could about disease states and how nutrition can assist in healing the body. With a focus on integrative and functional nutrition, when working with Kaity you can expect to look at and learn about whole body health. When Kaity isn't chatting people up about nutrition, you can find her with her pets (don't worry, you will hear about them), blowing glass, listening to too much true crime, and cooking food she sees on K-dramas.
