My approach is patient-centered and judgment-free, grounded in both compassion and clinical expertise. I am especially passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and fostering a safe environment for healing. I proudly welcome individuals of all backgrounds, including those within the LGBTQ+ community, and am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for every client.

Our work begins with a thorough and thoughtful assessment to understand your mental, emotional, and physical health needs. From there, I collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle recommendations. I value open communication and shared decision-making throughout the process, always ensuring that your voice is central to your care. My goal is to empower you with tools and strategies that support long-term well-being and recovery.

Horrible. I waited in the waiting room for over 20 min before deciding to call the office. They were unaware of my appointment even though they confirmed multiple times. They require past notes before the will refill a prescription which took longer than it should have. Once my script was sent it, the pharmacy tried reaching out to the doctor for questions and it has been over 2 days with no response so they still can’t fill it. Overall, it has been the worst experience ever dealing with this doc:/office.

I highly recommend Dr. Kaleigh! From our first appointment she has helped me navigate starting new treatments, walked me through several options and their pros and cons, and is very receptive to my feelings and needs. She is efficient, thoughtful, and does a wonderful job in ensuring you feel cared for and heard.
It is very easy to get in contact with Dr. Kaleigh and AB Holistic’s admins have been just as supportive. If you are hoping to seek help and understanding about your anxiety or unwanted emotions, I recommend her and this team.
