As a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel respected, heard, and supported. My approach is patient-centered and judgment-free, grounded in both compassion and clinical expertise. I am especially passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and fostering a safe environment for healing. I proudly welcome individuals of all backgrounds, including those within the LGBTQ+ community, and am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for every client.

Our work begins with a thorough and thoughtful assessment to understand your mental, emotional, and physical health needs. From there, I collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle recommendations. I value open communication and shared decision-making throughout the process, always ensuring that your voice is central to your care. My goal is to empower you with tools and strategies that support long-term well-being and recovery.
