I am especially passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and fostering a safe environment for healing. Our work begins with a thorough and thoughtful assessment to understand your mental, emotional, and physical health needs. From there, I collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle recommendations. I value open communication and shared decision-making throughout the process, always ensuring that your voice is central to your care. My goal is to empower you with tools and strategies that support long-term well-being and recovery.

Booking appointment was easy, but trying to figure out how to get on the video call was confusing. The office sent me a link to a n unfamiliar video app, and after i was in, I could not find my appt or doctor. Then after calling the office, they told me my copay was very high!!?? Why didn’t they contact me before this! So I had to reschedule to avoid a very high cancelation fee!!! Not cool! I will cancel my future appt in time because I don’t like how Zocdoc works at all!!
