What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, values, and goals. I utilize a combination of different therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused, Structural, and strengths-based techniques to tailor the treatment to best fit your specific needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I enjoy taking a collaborative approach with patients because you are the expert in your own life and know yourself best. I provide support while you discover more about yourself, recognize your strengths, and empower yourself to overcome challenges. I am excited about the chance to help you achieve your goals and to see your personal growth on this journey.
