I believe that true greatness begins with achieving equilibrium—when the mind and body are in balance, we can begin to reach our full potential. My goal as a provider is to help you restore that balance, so you can focus on what truly matters in your life. Symptom remission is always a top priority, but my care goes beyond that; I aim to support lasting stability and growth from the inside out.
I bring experience across a range of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and residential care. Much of my background as a registered nurse was rooted in inpatient work, which has given me a strong foundation in acute psychiatric care. I’ve been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for approximately two years and remain committed to lifelong learning—something I hope to share and continue with my clients.
I’m a passionate advocate for underrepresented communities across all cultural, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for all. I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from West Coast University. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending quality time with my loved ones."
