What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. During each visit, I will listen to your concerns, assess your progress, and work with you to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with your needs and goals. Our sessions may include supportive listening, education, coping strategies, and medication management when appropriate. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling supported, informed, and hopeful about your mental health journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me is a welcoming, supportive, and collaborative experience. We will begin by discussing how you have been feeling, any concerns you may have, and changes in your symptoms or daily life. I will take time to understand your experiences, answer your questions, and explore your treatment goals. Together, we will review your progress, discuss coping strategies, and evaluate medication effectiveness and any side effects, when applicable. We will work collaboratively to develop or adjust your treatment plan based on your individual needs. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported, leaving each visit with a clearer understanding of your care and the next steps toward improved mental wellness.
