Called to confirm my appointment as stated after scheduling, and I filled out all the paperwork. The day of the appointment, I called at my scheduled time and was informed she could be 15 to 20 minutes late and to just wait. Called again 30 mins later and was told they would look into it and I'd get a call back. An hour after my scheduled appointment, I again called back multiple times because, at this point, they were no longer answering my calls. Finally, I spoke to someone who said we're not sure why the doctor didn't show up, and we can reschedule you for 10 days later. Thankfully, I was able to find a different provider for the next day who did not miss the appointment. Very unprofessional.
