Behavioral health and physical health are intertwined in the same health puzzle. As humans, we are mind, body, and spirit so we need to address all those areas in order to thrive. Let's stop compartmentalizing and stigmatizing issues that need attention- let's treat the whole person!

I love to spend time outdoors doing things like hiking and kayaking. In my spare time, you can find me reading a good book in the shade or tending to plants who need some love.

This was such an amazing telehealth visit, I am so incredibly thankful that I listened to my gut and switched my PCP to her. She was such a joy to talk to. She listened. She was intelligent, friendly, and honest. Everything I had hoped for in a provider. I felt like she not only took in all my information and history, but she genuinely understood where I was coming from and supported my goals entirely. Such a sigh of relief after my video visit with her this morning. Ms. Green will absolutely be my PCP for as long as I am able to have her. :)
