About Kara Peck

Kara graduated from Arcadia University with a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University.
After graduation, Kara began her career in West Palm Beach, FL where she focused on skin cancer treatment and prevention. She received advanced surgical training and assisted in Mohs surgery, a specialized treatment for skin cancer.
Kara continued her career in New York City, where she worked in a renowned private practice alongside experts in the field of dermatology and plastic surgery. She traveled between offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn and has experience treating patients of all ages and skin types.
Kara takes pride in offering excellent patient care, and enjoys educating her patients to help them better understand their treatment. She has a special interest in skin rejuvenation and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, as well as treating acne, eczema, and rosacea. Kara believes that every patient is unique, and should be treated individually with specific attention and care. She encourages patients to commit to their skin care on a day-to-day basis to achieve lifelong results.
Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and two young kids, playing tennis, and traveling.

Doc Kara spend very little time with me, maybe 7min max. She didn’t ask questions, didn’t explain much. I spent more time with the assistant . Will look for a new dermatologist.
The office in general was very clean an organize. They have multiple people at the front desk ready to help so that part is smooth and quick.
